  • Young Minds – Young person & parent helpline.

  • Black Minds Matter – Connects Black individuals and families with free professional mental health services across the UK.
  • MindOut – A mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay, bisexual, trans and queer people with experience of mental health issues. Instant web chat service available. 01273234839. info@mindout.org.uk. 
  • Gendered Intelligence – Works with the transgender community, with an emphasis on supporting young trans people aged 8-25. Has lots of free resources for young people & family. 
  • Citizens Advice – Provides information and advice on issues such as divorce and separation, benefits, work, universal credit, debt, housing and immigration. Web chat available. 0800 144 8848. 
  • Family Mediation Council – If you’re going through a divorce or separation, or another family issue, a family mediator can help you find a solution that works for your whole family as much as possible, without going to court.
