Parenting Support & Advice
Support for parents and families
Parenting is the job everyone finds easy to judge, yet one of the hardest and most emotionally intense to actually do.

Being a parent is hard
It’s one of the most rewarding yet challenging roles in life. I have worked alongside lots of families navigating the ups and downs of raising children.
Every child is unique and every parent faces their own set of struggles, whether it’s managing their children’s big feelings, understanding developmental differences or feeling overwhelmed as a parent.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based strategies, blended with compassion and practical guidance to help you feel more confident in your parenting and more connected to your child.
When parents feel supported, the whole family benefits
Your wellbeing sets the foundation for your child’s growth and happiness.
How can I help?
- Understanding your child’s behaviour — what’s underneath the behaviour and considering any unmet needs.
- Support with adjusting to change and transition, such as divorce, new siblings, house/ school moves.
- Managing meltdowns and behaviour that challenges, including practical strategies to promote emotional regulation.
- Promoting a strong parent-child relationship and secure attachment.
- Supporting neurodivergent children when traditional parenting advice or strategies aren’t working.
- Setting healthy and effective boundaries.
- Fostering emotional literacy.
- Reflecting on your own triggers and experience of being parented to foster deeper self-understanding.
